Me too.
It seems that the listing for the MOGO theme on themeforest has disappeared too.

I've been in touch with Themeforest and they've offered me a full refund as the author has left Evenato. No mention of a hack. I'm currently trying to contact via Twitter @eTheme2.

I requested a full refund, but after I pushed submit, it said the request went to the author of the theme. Uhh oh! Why did it get sent to the person who bailed on us?

James B., do you have a URL where you contacted Envato to get a refund? I filled out a request for a refund, but after I pushed submit, it said the request went to the author of the plugin, NOT Envato.

Hello, dear customers.

Envato have blocked our accounts (due to some mistake and misunderstanding). Now we are trying to resolve this problem but we can't say exactly wether it will be resolved or not. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Best regards

Hi Andrew - that doesn't really explain why you've removed my access from most of the Support Forum here. Can you confirm you are going to continue to support your themes. I only bought mine from Evanto a week ago and really need your help with a few things that aren't clear in your instructions. Please advise ASAP. James Bywood

Hi there. I copy the content of an email from Evanto below. Hope that helps. James

"To submit a refund request, please follow the steps below:
Log into your Envato Market account
Navigate to the refund form: https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new
Select the item that you want to be refunded
Select the reason
Enter a brief description of the problem
Hit “send request”
Hopefully this helps and good luck on your next projects.
Best regards,
Schaef"
